Exchange Policy
We stand behind our merchandise and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will be glad to accommodate exchanges or refunds of non-personalized items within 10 days of  the date you receive the item.  The item must be received by Mijata Kids, Inc. not later than 10 days from the date you recieved it. You must return unused items in their
original condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund.
Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

Personalized items and special orders are not returnable. Please note that ALL pacifiers are considered custom orders.

Please remember toinclude a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. We will need that information to process your return or exchange. Circle theitem that you are returning, indicate the reason for return and
indicate whether you would like to exchange the item or if you would
prefer to have your original method of payment credited. All sales on
sale/discounted items are final. We are not responsible for returned
items that are lost in shipping so it is best for you to send your
package via a carrier that offers tracking (UPS, FedEX or USPS
Delivery Confirmation). We will process your exchange or return as
quickly as possible. A shipment or credit notification e-mail will be
sent to the email address on file.

Once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot
be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return
policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be
happy to assist you. Although we take great pride in the proper
packaging of your shipment, items are occasionally damaged in transit.

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact
us immediately at mijatainc@gmail.com

Mijata Kids  works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. We only use personal information for internalpurposes to process your order. Under no circumstances will we sell,share, or useyour information in any other way. Once you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.

concerns about shopping with your credit card online, do not fear! You
may call us  and we will be glad to take your order over the telephone.
 
Sales Tax
Mijata Kids charges applicable sales tax to merchandise shipped to Florida.
 
 
Shipping and Delivery
 Our standard shipping is Fed Ex  ground shipping within the United
States.  Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order once it is processed
(non-personalized items only).  Please note that personalized items take longer due to thelabor involved.If you need an item quicker, please contact us for overnight or other shippingoptions. If you are interested in purchasing an item and you live outside of theUnited States, please also contact us for shipping prices.
